ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2010
Dear Members
The Executive Committee of the UAAUK request the pleasure of your company at the Annual General Meeting, to be held on Saturday 13 March 2010 at Bramcote Memorial Hall, Church Street, Bramcote, Nottingham NG9 3HD.
Programme
3.15 pm: Registration, Tea and snacks.
4.00 pm: Meeting Starts. The agenda will be at the table.

6.00 pm: Meeting ends.
6.30 pm: Pre Dinner Drinks
7.00 pm: Dinner.
8.30 pm: Song and dance by local artists.
11.00 pm: Close
All the meals are complimentary to full members. (£10.00 pp for Guests) We hope you will be able to attend the meeting and have a very enjoyable evening together.
